1. The service

EazyJobs is a free employment platform for Australia. Job seekers swipe through job listings and apply with a swipe; employers discover candidates the same way. Matches can chat and complete video interviews directly in the app.

EazyJobs is an introduction platform. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency acting on your behalf, or a party to any employment agreement made between users.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login details safe.

You must be of legal working age in Australia to use EazyJobs.

3. Using EazyJobs fairly

You agree not to misuse the service — for example by posting false or misleading information, unlawful or discriminatory job listings, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others, and not to scrape or copy the service or its data.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms.

4. Job listings and content

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their job listings, including pay and working conditions. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles.

EazyJobs does not verify every listing or profile and does not guarantee that you will find a job or a candidate, or that any introduction will lead to employment.

5. Fees

EazyJobs is free for job seekers — the essentials cost nothing. Employers pay one flat rate: $30 AUD per month or $300 AUD per year.

We may offer optional paid extras in the future. If we do, we will always tell you in advance — the essentials you use today stay available, and you can delete your account at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The EazyJobs name, logo, app and website content belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you add to your profile, and you give us the right to use it to operate the service — for example, to show your profile to an employer whose job you applied for.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who can see it — in short, only employers whose jobs you apply for can access the personal details you choose to share.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of EazyJobs.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop using EazyJobs and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always on this page and material changes will be flagged in the app.
